This is a reversal belly to do with early pregnancy?

Hello, sorry if TMI is diarrhea, but a symptom of early pregnancy I have it last week and just drop a spoon in the stomach, but yesterday, and today every two or three hours I have stomach cramps that have scared me a bit (as im 5 weeks pregnant) but I just had to run into the bathroom I do not remember having had this with my first pregnancy symptom and not a well-documented, I thought which is probably caused by hormones - What I can do about it? I know I can not take medications for diarrhea or I starve for 24 hours! Thanks!
