Pregnancy / spotting.?

My boyfriend and i have had unprotected sex a little. But I had a pregnancy test in early January and was negative. I had sex later. My period has always been irregular and have been, on any Security and Im waiting to return to the pill, but I need my time for that. I started to spot a week ago and I was not sure if this has been my period or not, because this has never happened before. I have no signs of pregnancy except that my stomach is not inflated. I have no idea what this might be related too. I asked my doctor and he said that if the spotting continues for a few days is not normal and want to do an ultrasound. Now Im scared. I do not know if it's a small problem, a problem of ovarian cancer or a pregnancy without problems. Does anyone have any ideas about what could be or mean? Could it mean something to do with miscarriage?

I would let the doc do an ultrasound, can not be a problem with your bowels not cause spots vagina. You may have a cyst, or maybe implantation bleeding.

Pregnancy pillows really help you sleep?

I have a little trouble sleeping as I am used to sleeping on your stomach. Nothing comfortable. No Help pillows pregnancy (those long search for rare)?

Do they take very BuSpar during pregnancy? If yes, will it help or not cause it problems?
