How does someone know when they are ready for another?

I want another baby my daughter is now nine months that I know are not ready for another time, but what we know? in September I'm going to take online courses if I have symptoms of pregnancy like I did with my daughter, no, I will be able to complete, so is a good amount of money you saved or any other person who follows the guidelines else? Oh, and no people to plan for babies when they know they needs help from the government?

Ok, so like I told my boyfriend that I like since I was 4 seconds stressed, so I took four home pregnancy tests come back all have been negative every month since February 1926, I havnt had any signs or symptoms and for five months, I had heavy periods and five normal length, with a lot of blood but I read that u can have ur period and pregnant women and others can not use tests urine? So how do I know mine are accurate? I'm panicking that could be five months pregnant and not know?

Just because you have your period does not mean that you are not pregnant. My aunt was in the normal period and did not understand, until he was 7 months.
