Hey ... I want to lose 30 pounds after pregnancy?
Hello. Sammie and I have I'm 16 and just gave birth to a baby girl four months ago. I increased looooot weight even tho he tried to eat healthy and stuff ... but ... Now I really want to lose weight in the abdomen, hips and legs, but not too much in the breast action. Because my breasts are already quite small. Could you help me and tell me some good exercises? It means a lot to me and help me feel more secure of myself Thanks, Sam
Hi, I have 16 years also and I just lost 30 pounds. The way it was, eat less, and I worked on a stationary bike 30 minutes each day. And I do not think you can lose weight in the hips and legs stomach without losing weight everywhere. Hope this helps and good luck!
